One of the reasons why some caviar is so expensive is that to produce just only one kilogram of the white pearl albino caviar product, five kilograms of raw white caviar are needed. The really distinctive aspect of caviar is more about its texture.  The eggs pop on your tongue, and the rich, slightly sweet taste oozes into your mouth and the flavour fills your nose. Caviar is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including omega 3, which helps to promote a healthy nervous, circulatory and immune system.

White Pearl Albino Caviar is being sold at a value of $113,630 per kg.
